The goal of the Football Helmet Warning Sticker Challenge is to raise awareness about football helmet safety so people know and understand:
- Playing by the rules of the game may prevent injuries from occurring to you and other players.
- Helmets must be fitted properly.
- Contact in football may result in Concussion / Brain Injury which no helmet can prevent.
- The symptoms of a concussion are typically but not limited to: loss of memory, dizziness, headache, confusion, “seeing stars.” disorientation, wooziness, loss of balance, neck or spine pain, nausea, vomiting.
- Never play football or any sport with a concussion as it may lead to another concussion, a more serious brain injury or a fatal brain injury.
- Do not return to play until all symptoms are gone and you have received medical clearance from a doctor.
- Know your State Return to Play Laws.

You can use the picture of a football helmet with a warning sticker on it or the helmet manufacturer’s football helmet warning information I’ve provided in the COMMENTS SECTION. You can also go to any helmet manufacturer’s website to see their warning information or contact them directly for a copy of their football helmet warning information.
